Is Christ Precious To You?
1Pe 2:7 Therefore, to you who believe, He is precious...
You can be moral, religious, and maybe someone who has mouthed the sinner's prayer, and yet if the Lord Jesus Christ and His death on the cross are not precious to you, you are still not a Christian.
A genuine Christian is someone who finds Christ and His work on the cross of great value and worth; the same way a drowning man finds a lifebuoy that he is clinging to for dear life valuable and essential --- not out of dry formality, to conform to people's expectations and conventions, but out of sheer necessity.
Christ. Precious? As in honest-to-goodness precious? What say you?
