PR 30:28 The lizard you may grasp with the hands, Yet it is in kings’ palaces.
The lizard referred here is the gecko. Geckos have toes that emit a sticky liquid that enables it to take a firm grip on smooth and slippery surfaces.
The lizard here is a picture of a man who has saving faith. Faith grabs hold of the Gospel and is promised the king's palace in the sky.
The words of the Lord Jesus in John chapter 14 verse 2 which says "In My Father's house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you" was promised to people who trusted in Him and what He did on the cross for salvation.
